ECI-T24F2 in ERI-K216-P16 not records on motion

ECI-T24F2, the cameras that are came in the kit NVR system, ERI-K216-P16, cannot be recorded on motion.

FW: 5.5.120 210630

SOLUTION:

Please check the firmware of the camera and upgrade to the one below,
